Rush orders add 50%. How to Send us Your Photos: If you aren't sure which restoration category your photo fits into, please contact us via email and attach your photo. Please place an appropriate message in the subject line - otherwise, your attachment will end up in the cat litter. You can use your scanners default settings, which is usually 72 dpi. We will contact you with your estimate, or any questions we may have. Once you have approved the estimate, you'll need to scan your photo once more, using a minimum of 300 dpi to ensure high quality prints. DO NOT alter the size, except to crop out any white area around the photo . Some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) will not allow large files to be sent via email. If you're not able to email your photo, or if you would prefer to mail your photos to us, please read our Packaging Tips.
